Glow & Grow Together was created by two women who’ve lived, learned, and rebuilt themselves along the way.
We’re Sonya and Mel — friends who wanted to create a space where women can reconnect, breathe, and grow without pressure or judgement.
Our monthly inspiring workshops bring together guided journalling, honest conversation, and simple mindset tools.
It’s a warm, grounded space for real women who want clarity, confidence, and a fresh sense of direction.
