About Us
Glow & Grow Together was created by Sonya , known in her local area as the 'lady from the farm'.
Sonya wanted to create a space where women can reconnect, breathe, and grow without pressure or judgement, be inspired by Sonya's real life stories and discover we all share alot of the same concerns and feelings
Our monthly inspiring workshops bring together everyday topics, honest conversation, using journals as a simple mindset tool o use as we feel free.
Some workshops you might want to be creative in your journals, others write down your thoughts, everything is provided, you just need to come along and no experience is needed!
It’s a warm, grounded space for real women who want clarity, confidence, and a fresh sense of direction, not demands.
